As a PTI / Assessor part of your daily working routine, you will be expected to guide and nurture candidates through the assessment process in an unbiased, friendly and controlled environment. You will be responsible for the implementation of both physical and psychometric assessment activities under strict test conditions. The application of a detailed marking guide to ensure candidates are graded in accordance with their ability. This role will involve working a shift pattern of 37.5 hours per week onsite. This will include overnight chaperone and 'on call' duties once per week. You will be expected to work one weekend per month, which includes a Saturday and Sunday. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role. What you'll be doing:

As an Assessor, you will:

Briefing and delivering all cognitive assessment activities under test conditions Contributing to an un-biased test environment for all assessment activities Assessing candidates against fixed criteria Accurately recording candidate outcomes Providing high quality instruction to candidates Participating in training of new Assessors As a Physical Training Instructor, you will:

Safely supervising candidates throughout physical activities, providing coaching where required Encouraging and motivating candidates to achieve their full potential Maintaining personal training certification through Career & Personal Development (CPD), recording all CPD and routine PTI activity in the PTI Logbook Advising on health matters, diet and nutrition, smoking, injury prevention and alcohol intake and abuse. Applying Health and Safety policy including Risk Assessments into all physical activities Participating in training of new Physical Training Instructors What we're looking for:

Physical training qualified - CVQ Level 2 (evidence of qualifications, CPD and membership to relevant industry body required - in post support to keep CPD up to date will be given) First Aid Trained, would be an advantage IT Literate Organised with good attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for Customer Service A team player About Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP):
