We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed to work as PTS Non-Emergency Ambulance Controller within PTS Logistics. This vacancy is for a Bank Statement of Particulars (Bank 0-hour contract). Candidates who have previously applied within the last 3 months cannot reapply. Main Duties of the Job

The role will require you to work to agreed objectives, to assist with the delivery of contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Working with the aid of a computerised scheduling system, the post holders will be responsible for scheduling patient transport requests to ambulance resources on the day of travel. The ability to communicate on all levels is essential, and the successful applicant must be able to work on their own or as part of a team and use their own initiative. About Us

GCSE (grades A to C) or equivalent level 2 qualification e.g. NVQ, including English or other appropriate subject/s ICT literate, including good keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office based products e.g. Word and Excel Skills & Abilities

Ability to work to high standards of quality, including when working to strict deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Disclosure and Barring Service Check
