Duties and responsibilities related to the Public Area Supervisor role: Supervise and coordinate the cleaning and maintenance of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, lounges, and other common spaces. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Train and mentor the public area team to deliver consistent and high-quality cleaning services. Conduct regular inspections of public areas to maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation. Maintain records of cleaning schedules, supply usage, and staff performance. Collaborate with the wider housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service. About you: Previous experience in housekeeping within the luxury segment is preferred. Good guest service skills are required.
