Amazon is looking for a smart, ambitious individual to join our EU Public Policy team as an intern based in Brussels. The role has a very broad scope and will require an individual who is good at communicating across functional teams. Key job responsibilities

Providing support to our Public Policy team in the monitoring, research, and analysis of a broad range of policy issues across the EU. Assisting with scheduling and preparing documents for meetings with EU policymakers and other relevant stakeholders. Supporting the Public Policy team in working with Amazon's business teams to ensure alignment between business and policy goals. Assisting in the organization of public policy events. Organizing and coordinating knowledge sharing within the team and beyond it. A day in the life

University education as a recent graduate in Law, Politics, Social Sciences, or related studies (BA/BS required). Proficiency in English and Local Language. The right to work in the country you are applying for. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

You enjoy learning by doing and working independently, are able to prioritize your time, and support multiple projects at a given time. You have keen attention to detail; people call you “perfectionist” and you are proud of that. You see things through to the end, iron out the wrinkles, and ensure everything works well.
