Our growth has been mostly organic to date. We are introducing this role to be pivotal in maturing our approach to winning work within the Public Sector. This will ensure the smooth running of our Public Sector vertical and will be pivotal in the efficient and effective administration of how we grow within the Public Sector.
The role will be based in Leicester / hybrid, with occasional travel to London to connect with colleagues and host external guests.
What you will be doing
Ensure the smooth running of our Public Sector vertical through the administration of:
Management and centralisation of documents for the services we deliver and need to evidence for our work within the Public Sector
Coordination of information, data, and documents for the Government Frameworks
Review and share the possible opportunities for tenders. Working with peers to agree on what opportunities we progress with so we are set up for success to deliver on them:
Coordination of the information required for tender and bid processes
Follow through on actions
Create and share risk & issue logs
Support in the writing of bids and arranging materials for pitch for opportunities through the RFI & RFP process
Research into the processes we will need to follow, e.g., Public Sector Procurement process, develop and implement the required processes with peers.
Build a file of contacts / share regular updates and keep Mindera connected as we build relationships
Support our people within the Public Sector on administration and people-related topics
Administer our internal systems to check and approve invoices
Create and manage statement of works
Help organise and host networking events
Support marketing activities to build our profile
Develop monthly newsletters and content to share our journey and achievements within the Public Sector
Requirements
Experience of working with (or within) the Public Sector or a strong desire to want to make a difference to the quality of people’s lives
Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
Ability to establish simple and effective processes and ways of working
Some events experience
Organised and efficient
Experience in monthly newsletters and engaging communication / updates
Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Google suite
Clear, proactive, honest communication and the ability to simplify topics
Work both autonomously and collaboratively to complete tasks
