Role Overview Summary: This is a high-profile role that would primarily involve working closely with other team members to source tender opportunities that are published daily on sites such as FTS, Sell2Wales, and ProContract, and distribute them to the appropriate teams and offices. Previous experience in this role would be an advantage. A broad understanding of Savills service lines is important, as are effective written communication skills and the ability to work methodically in a highly organised manner. Distribution will be electronically to the most appropriate Savills Director and the Savills Public Sector lead director. Opportunities of interest will require portal management including submissions and assistance with bid coordination. Purpose: This role will involve a comprehensive search and distribution service of all contract notices from the FTS notice publications and other contract notice services to establish all property-related notices which could be of interest to Savills.
