You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of our clean water electrical pumping systems across the South East and London. Carrying out regular service inspections on existing installations to maintain optimum performance. Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues related to our pumping systems. Replacing or repairing any defective pump components. Building strong relationships with clients to encourage trust and satisfaction. Maintaining accurate records of service activities and client interactions via the Company App. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties on-site. Proven experience in a similar technical role. Basic electrical skills. Absolute reliability, self-motivation and ability to work independently. Tidy and organised working methods. A great communicator and commitment to excellent customer service. A desire to learn new skills and hard-working attitude. Living at an accessible distance of our main offices in Henley-on-Thames. Full clean driving licence essential and willingness to travel. The role requires a DBS check. What we offer
