We are seeking a confident and experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our local client. What's on Offer? Salary: Up to 30,000 (DOE) Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm Benefits: 24 days holiday (rising to 25 after a year), free onsite parking They value strong communication and relationships - whether with clients, customers, or colleagues. Combining technical expertise with a creative, people-focused approach, they deliver tailored and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: Process high-volume invoices and manage Sage import/export tasks. Reconcile the purchase ledger for month-end and handle payment runs. Manage overhead invoices, credit card entries, and expense tracking. Assist with monthly accruals, audits, and administrative duties. What You'll Need: Experience in purchase ledger or finance roles. Basic knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping (preferred). Proficiency with Sage or similar software. Strong organisational and communication skills.
