Job Description Purchase Ledger Manager Manage and oversee the entire accounts payable department Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines Provide monthly financial and management reports Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes Maintain vendor relationships and manage the AP team Ensure timely resolution of significant issues from the internal and external audit findings Manage and track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorisations Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with other departments and groups The Successful Applicant A successful Purchase Ledger Manager should have: A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field Proven experience in managing an accounts payable department or similar finance team Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in accounting software Outstanding communication and leadership skills What's on Offer A competitive salary package ranging from £34,200 to £41,800 per annum Enriching opportunities for career advancement A positive and engaging work environment Generous holiday entitlement
