Purchase to Pay (PTP) Senior Analyst Location : Nottingham Contract : Fixed Term 9 months About the role

You will be part of our Enterprise Finance Services team, managing contract and service delivery of our BPO partner. You will manage a team of two, responsibilities will also include: To ensure efficient PTP processes across the Boots UK&I business, managing delivery of such through the BPO partner. Ensure collective delivery against PTP Goals and Service level agreements across BPO and Boots processes. To partner with the BPO provider across PTP processes to provide an accurate and timely delivery and swift resolution of queries and issues. To participate in the evolution and implementation of global PTP processes and tool sets across Boots UK&I. Champion the implementation of new Global Finance processes and tools across Boots and the BPO as appropriate in support of the wider finance transformation. Support the business with the ongoing development of working capital opportunities. Ensure adherence to policies and compliance. What you’ll need to have

These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role: Knowledge of local ERP systems (SAP) and PTP experience. Experience supporting policies, procedures, and controls. General Skills to include good communication, can-do attitude, positive approach, and experience/driver to be the best. Agile learner and good understanding of Service Management to help provide a service-based approach with internal customers and the outsourcing provider. Experience in accounting operations or shared services roles of a growing global company. Experience with Accounts Payable processes for Real Estate. Why Boots
