To optimise the procurement of medical supplies across clinics. Job Context

Cross reference different suppliers and product codes to identify similar/same products, creating a master catalogue of items currently purchased. Analyse data and identify opportunities for consolidation or substitution of products across a reduced number of preferred suppliers. Negotiate best deals from suppliers. Engage with stakeholders to agree on best value products and suppliers. Quantify savings achievable. Implement standard purchasing catalogue. Implement best practice purchasing and stock management processes across clinics to deliver identified savings. Skills and Qualifications
Experience of managing or implementing best practice procurement processes. Familiarity with healthcare and purchasing medical supplies. Strong analytical skills to create and manipulate Excel data. Ability to engage with clinical colleagues to deliver required changes. What we offer
