The position requires an individual who is: Experienced in clinical veterinary nursing and confident in all aspects of patient care. Self-motivated, approachable, and able to inspire and engage a team. Committed to supporting the development of RVNs, students, and VCAs through mentoring and guidance. Skilled in delivering exceptional customer service and clinical standards. Working hours are flexible, with the choice of a 4 or 5-day workweek, 8-10 hour shifts, and participation in a 1:4 weekend rota. Benefits
