Python Backend Engineer
- UK (Remote) - £50-£70k DOE - Investment Platform Would you like to make a positive impact on our climate? Venchr is proud to have partnered with a leading ethical investment start-up. The platform develops tools which assist investors in managing and measuring the environmental and social impacts of their investments. Through joining our engineering team, you help to build and develop the necessary tools for both enterprise level and the next generation of impact investors. Key Responsibilities: You will be in charge of the development and maintenance of backend processes. You will work on the elevation of data collection and identifying missing data points by layering advanced analytics to our existing data. Thus, utilizing our data to provide the most accurate estimates for customers. Qualifications: Proficiency with Python. Experience with SQL data and analytics. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is desirable. Previous experience in the finance industry is not required; all we ask is that you have a passion for making positive change in our climate today.
