Due to our unprecedented growth, we are expanding our MCS Software engineering team and looking for a talented Python Developer to join the team. We are ideally looking for someone who wants to help our clients achieve their goals using technology. The Development team is a close-knit team where creativity, new ideas, and continuous improvement are promoted. What you will be doing:

Working with customers and colleagues to build industry-leading products. Writing high-quality code and following best practices. Working within existing processes whilst being vocal with new ideas and constantly striving to improve the way you and the team work. Working across the full stack, even if you naturally lean more to front or back-end. Working with the support team solving tickets on existing projects. Working with the IT team to plan and develop new features. What attributes we look for:

Proven, commercial software development experience. Driven, target-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt to customer needs and feedback. Experience working on tightly coupled, large-scale web applications. Low-ego and open to working differently. Team player, willing to share new ideas and approaches. 2-3 years working with Python. 1-2 years of experience working with Django framework. GIT knowledge is mandatory. Basic Linux & command line knowledge. Ionic experience. API experience. JIRA experience. Seniority level
