Sr. Python Team Lead, Manchester Experience Required:

Minimum 10 years in IT industry, 6+ years in Python, 2-4 years of team lead experience Technical Skills:

Strong in GitHub, version control – repository Responsibilities: Facilitate and run scrum meetings, ensuring alignment across the team. Review, manage, and accept pull requests (PRs) for our company’s library code. Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Oversee system design and architecture for AI applications and deployment pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. Act as a bridge between Python and full-stack teams, ensuring consistency and integration across projects. Essential Qualifications: Expert proficiency in Python, with a strong understanding of modern frameworks, design patterns, and best practices. Demonstrable experience leading large teams in an agile development environment. Deep knowledge of system design and architecture, particularly for AI-driven applications. Proven ability to work as a team player and mentor junior team members. Preferred Skills and Experience: Active GitHub profile showcasing open-source contributions or significant past projects.
