To support our growth, we are looking to recruit a QA Analyst to help deliver business objectives. The role of a QA Analyst will be to help successful project delivery through the creation of test cases and the successful completion of test runs as part of the QA team. You will apply your experience of testing and test design as part of an agile lifecycle. This role is based at our HQ on Chineham Business Park and will be primarily office-based with some flexibility to work from home each week. Manual and Automated testing experience, preferably with ISTQB Testing certification. Testing experience covering full project lifecycle and including SIT/UAT/Regression. Solid presentation and good communication and problem-solving skills. Experience of Agile Methodologies, particularly planning and executing Sprints. Skills we are looking for:

Current experience as a Tester or Test Lead. Thorough QA process knowledge. Experienced in Functional, non-Functional test delivery. Knowledge of at least one database management system. Excellent in written and spoken English. Good comprehension and analysis of requirements. Comfortable in challenging stakeholders when required. Able to apply the appropriate test techniques and ideas in line with projects and systems under test. Desirable – Code Literate – Being able to read Automation Scripts and review code prepared by the engineers. Technology:
