Cutting Edge Music Tech - On-Demand Vinyl Records We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to help us revolutionise the music industry. The company has invented a new technology to produce on-demand vinyl records and built a web platform for music creators to create and sell their products worldwide via our store at zero cost. We are working with the leading record labels, streaming services, digital service providers, distributors, and iconic global artists who are keen to partner with us to build a global solution for physical media. But most of all, we would also like to give small artists and artists at the beginning of their careers frictionless access to offer vinyl and CD to their fans via our innovative solution and planned production/fulfilment centres in Europe, USA and Asia. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced QA Engineer that will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our software products, ensuring that every feature and functionality works flawlessly. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to test software solutions that empower the music community. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge platform that blends music and technology. Come join us and help scale a fast-growing, high profile industry disruptor! Note: Applications for this role will close on 10th February. Candidates will be contacted shortly after the closing date. Responsibilities:

Manual Testing: Execute thorough manual testing of new features and updates across web, mobile, and desktop applications. Automation Testing: Collaborate on developing and maintaining automated test scripts to improve the efficiency and coverage of our testing processes (knowledge of tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar is a plus). Bug Identification and Reporting: Identify, document, and track bugs and performance issues, providing clear, actionable reports for the development team. Cross-Platform Testing: Ensure consistent user experiences across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web, etc.). Regression Testing: Perform regression tests to ensure that new updates do not affect existing functionality. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to understand the scope and requirements of new features. Test Case Development: Create, update, and maintain test cases based on product requirements and user stories. User Experience Insight: Provide feedback on usability and user experience improvements from a QA perspective. Performance Testing: Execute tests related to load times, scalability, and overall app performance. Music Tech Focus: Understand and prioritise issues relevant to the music industry, such as audio performance, latency, and compatibility with third-party music tools. Qualifications:

Proven experience in software testing, particularly in web platforms or e-commerce sites. Technical Skills: Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, Appium). Experience testing on mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and desktop applications. A basic understanding of scripting languages for automation is a plus. Experience with manual and automated testing tools. Strong understanding of functional, regression, and performance testing. Knowledge of cross-browser and responsive testing for websites. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to explain technical issues to both developers and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment with evolving priorities and timelines. A user-first approach to testing with a focus on creating seamless and enjoyable music-making experiences. Desirable Skills:

Experience with music technology and audio. Basic knowledge of PDF, graphic design, and print. Exposure to Agile development practices and working in sprint cycles. Benefits:
