MHR is offering an exciting opportunity for a QA Engineer to join one of our innovative software delivery teams. As we revise our quality and test automation strategy, you’ll have the chance to shape the direction of software quality and test automation for a large engineering department, all while rapidly developing your own skills and experience. You will be part of a supportive and established QA community that values knowledge sharing and mentoring. As a key member of your Scrum team, you will help plan, estimate, and manage Sprints while working closely with software engineers to ensure the highest standards of software quality. You will also have the opportunity to mentor less experienced QAs in test automation and share your knowledge to elevate the team’s capabilities. Your Impact In this role, your contributions will be critical in shaping the future of software quality at MHR. You will have the opportunity to: Collaborate with your Scrum team to ensure software features meet the highest quality standards. Define and maintain the quality of the features delivered, mitigating risks and preventing flaws from being introduced. Provide fast, accurate feedback to engineers on detected bugs. Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks, contributing improvements to existing tests, frameworks, and processes. Develop deep domain knowledge of our applications and use this insight to drive continuous quality improvements. Make a significant impact by mentoring and empowering less experienced QAs to grow their automation skills. Your efforts will help us build a better, more efficient testing environment, ensuring that MHR’s software remains a trusted and high-quality product for our clients.
