What You’ll Do:
Guide QA teams to deliver high standards across projects.
Assess and improve current workflows for better processes and quality.
Standardise testing approaches for consistency and reliability.
Build trust with stakeholders and inspire confidence in QA processes.
Provide hands-on support and mentorship to your team.
What You Bring:
Proven leadership in QA processes for web products.
Proficiency in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, and Java.
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or loyalty programs (nice to have).
Familiarity with accessibility testing (desirable).
