4 on 4 off rolling 07:00 to 17:45 SRG are working with a global pharmaceutical company seeking a Micro Scientist to join their Worthing team. Key Responsibilities Include:
To carry out microbiological monitoring / product testing or associated support activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, methods or protocols. To complete documentation associated with these activities at the time and accurately with attention to detail. To calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment. Carry out relevant laboratory investigations for out of specification or atypical results with the team leader or senior technician. To ensure all relevant policies and procedures are known, followed and applied as required including high standards of GMP/GLP standards are followed at all times when on site. Skills and Competencies Required:
The candidate must have experience of working under cGxP. Experience in a pharmaceutical GMP. Micro experience. Good planning, organizational and time management skills along with an ability to make decisions, solve problems, negotiate, influence and communicate effectively with others. Good interpersonal skills to facilitate effective interaction with Business Unit teams and Contractors. Knowledge of IT systems and well-developed verbal, written numeric and presentation skills.
