QA Supervisor , you will play a crucial role in overseeing the quality assurance operations within the production facility. You will manage a team of quality control personnel, ensuring that all products meet the company’s high standards and comply with food safety regulations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of Quality Assurance Assistants, ensuring effective and efficient daily operations. Conduct regular inspections of production processes to ensure products meet the required quality and safety standards. Oversee the implementation of quality control systems and ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, BRC). Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and product releases. Identify potential areas for improvement in production processes and work with management to implement solutions. Investigate and resolve any quality issues, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with other departments, including production, to ensure consistent quality across all stages of production. Provide training and development to team members to maintain a high standard of quality assurance practices. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in a QA role within a food manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and auditing experience. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High risk / high care experience.
