QA Lead, Quality Assurance, ISO, SOX, ISQTB, Mainly Remote QA Team Leader required to work for a fast growing business based in Central London. However, this will be practically remote – there will be some travel to the Central London offices, and as it is a global role, there will be some global travel from time to time. However, ALL travel and accommodation expenses will be paid.

Please read in full before applying… Also, before we go any further…as this has global coverage, there may be some early / late calls. You must be prepared for this. There will be give and take with times, along with some flexibility if things are becoming quite taxing. However, we want someone dedicated and definitely not someone who wants a hardened 9am – 5pm kind of position! Also, if you are close to being immediately available as possible, this would definitely be a bonus. In summary, we need you to have the following experience, which is imperative: You MUST have managed or Lead QA Teams of significance (including 3rd parties) – size and scale is extremely important in your experience. You will have clear examples of how to get the best out of 3rd parties and experience of what buttons to press in order to maximise results. You will have a strong network of 3rd party teams, in case the existing vendor(s) need to be replaced. Good, strong, solid and proven people management and leadership skills. Ideally you will have been a Tester or QA Assistant earlier in your career, so you understand what day to day life looks like in an over-arching QA world. SOLID senior Business Stakeholder Management skills. Proven resilience, along with a hardened approach to getting things done. No problem with global calls and global travel at short notice. In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant standards e.g., ISO9001. Knowledge of QA methodologies and tools (e.g. test automation, bug tracking). Demonstrated experience in delivery of quality management framework and systems, and ability in the creation and development of Quality Strategies, Policies and Test Plans. Professional certification in quality management desired, but not mandatory. Effectively demonstrates an ability to build temporary teams for auditing, testing, validation and improvement programs (Inc. generation of business cases for change initiatives). This is a great opportunity and salary is dependent upon experience. Apply now for more details.
