: The Quality Control Analyst operates and ensures OK operations for Lab 1, Lab 2 & Lab 3 equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities
: Verifies equipment records and accuracy (instructions, calibration status, output) Prepares, supports and executes experimental design projects in laboratory or metrology Facilitates hazardous waste disposal Maintains (and orders) stock of consumables and spare parts by verifying inventory Maintains technical knowledge by obtaining training Act as backup Quality Technician and Quality Engineer as needed Failure analysis evaluation Interface with suppliers and customers to ensure lab capabilities and functionality are appropriate Perform material analysis and characterization Prepare for projects by ordering supplies/parts that may be needed Maintain 5S in lab Verification of measuring systems, e.g. the Surfcom, Jenoptik, Mahr, and CMM Perform specific measurements on production parts to assess conformity (burn, cleanliness) Perform daily dimensional production checks to assess conformity (CMM) Measure R&D parts to establish conformity Assist with gage maintenance and repair Review lab scope annually Participates in Problem Solving Analysis using core quality tools. (8D, 3L5W, etc.) Assist with IATF requirements and scheduling Assist with the non-conforming material process
Required Skills & Abilities
: Capability of independently performing CMM programming, burn testing, etc. Ability to prioritize work schedules to execute in order of importance

Our manufacturing facility is a climate-controlled environment. There is no long-term exposure to dangerously loud noise or extreme temperatures.

All hourly team members are expected to report to work and be ready to work at their scheduled start time. It is required that they adhere to and follow the attendance policy(ies). All salaried team members are expected to perform their duties/responsibilities in a timely manner. Although they may not have set schedules, they are expected to either be at work on a schedule agreed upon by their manager or be available via phone/text/Teams if working remotely (Remote work does not apply to CWM positions).
