CK Group are recruiting for a QC Microbiologist to join an animal health pharmaceutical company. This role is based at their site in Milton Keynes. This is a contract role for 12 months initially.
Salary: PAYE £11.67 per hour - £18.24 per hour.
QC Microbiologist Role:
Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with GMP. Perform and oversee testing of intermediate and finished products in accordance with GMP. Microbiology testing and training of personnel (Bioburdens, water testing, plate reading, sterility testing, growth promotion, Lungworm testing and Inactivation’s) in accordance with SOPs. Support investigations to identify root-cause and implementation of appropriate CAPAs in the Quality Management System. Release batches in accordance with LROT, escalating any potential effects to supply.
Your Background: GMP Compliance. Experience in Quality Control testing. Experience in laboratory investigations. Ability to identify deviations and raise events in the Quality Management System. Science degree. Microbiology lab experience.
