The QHSE Advisor is responsible for implementing and maintaining QHSE standards across all our locations and product lines. This role is critical to ensuring the highest levels of quality and safety in our operations, as well as compliance with environmental regulations. KEY ACTIVITIES & TASKS

QHSE Management: Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Report on QHSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Health and Safety: Promote a positive health and safety culture within the organization. Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification, implementing appropriate control measures. Investigate incidents and near misses, ensuring root causes are identified and preventative measures are put in place. Quality Assurance: Ensure all products and services meet the highest quality standards. Develop and maintain quality management systems in line with ISO standards. Coordinate with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies. Implement initiatives to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainability. Conduct environmental impact assessments and audits. Training and Development: Develop and deliver QHSE training programs for employees at all levels. Keep abreast of new legislation and industry best practices, ensuring the company remains compliant and up-to-date. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization. Personal Specification

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS

NEBOSH and IOSH qualified professional Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a QHSE role, preferably within the energy or manufacturing industries. In-depth knowledge of QHSE management systems, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
