QHSE Advisor , you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across major projects. Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting QHSE inspections and providing competent advice to improve standards on all projects. Coaching and mentoring team members in QHSE induction programs and delivering essential training. Advising on updates to legislation, company standards, and compliance measures using project management systems. Actively intervening in and addressing unsafe behaviors or practices. Leading by example in promoting a "Safety First" culture throughout the organization. To succeed in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in a QSHE role, ideally within the FM and project environments. In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations, particularly CDM regulations. Essential qualifications like a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent (a Diploma and additional certifications are desirable). A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. What’s in it for you?
