Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Compile and prepare monthly statistics and the QHSE Monthly Report. Assist in completing supplier and client assessments. Manage and maintain the approved and top supplier processes for the Invergordon site. Oversee the administration of completed inspections, audits, and observation reporting. Record, manage, and analyse all internal and external non-conformances, liaising with process owners and communicating with clients/suppliers as required. Conduct trend analysis on non-conformances and follow up on all actions generated. Provide general administrative support for all Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental activities. Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
