Wednesday, 18th Dec 2024 We are excited to partner with a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation in their search for an experienced QHSE Engineer to support the QHSE Manager in ensuring that the Quality Management System and Health & Safety processes are all compliant and meet the necessary standards. The emphasis will be on the Quality element, therefore that will have the main weighting in this role. The QHSE Engineer will be responsible for: Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System and Policy Develop and uphold quality standards, procedures, and specifications Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and international standards Conduct audits, reviews, and risk assessments Verify supplied parts meet quality requirements; test and inspect materials for defects Lead investigations into quality issues and implement effective solutions Maintain health and safety governance, systems, and policies Conduct health and safety audits, monitor performance, and provide training Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement Skills and Experience required: Previous experience in a Quality Control / Quality Assurance / Quality Engineer / QHSE / SHEQ / QUESH role within the manufacturing sector will be essential Knowledge and experience of working with ISO9001 standard NEBOSH / IOSH certification would be ideal but not essential The application process: Our mission is to support our clients in their creation of an equal, diverse and inclusive workforce.
