We’re partnering with a leading company in the offshore marine industry to find a proactive QHSE Manager to drive quality, health, safety, and environmental initiatives across their European operations, managing a large fleet on a global basis. What You’ll Do: Implement and oversee QHSE policies and ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 45001, 14001). Conduct internal audits and manage accreditation and certification processes. Develop and deliver quality awareness programs and staff training. Analyze non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and monitor implementation. Perform site audits and ensure SMS compliance. Prepare management reviews and track key performance indicators. Lead investigations into incidents, ensuring thorough reporting and follow-up. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in a QHSE role, ideally in offshore marine, windfarm, or oil & gas sectors. Strong knowledge of UK regulations and ISO standards. A marine background and extensive experience with vessel management. Problem-solving and root-cause analysis expertise. NEBOSH certification (preferred but not essential). Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams. Why Join?
