What the role involves
- In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure operations not only meet but exceed industry standards, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability.
- Leading and continually improve QHSE management systems, ensuring full legal compliance and alignment with best practice.
- Maintaining and enhance ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, while developing systems to achieve ISO 45001 status.
- Act as the primary site contact for regulatory bodies, customers, and audits related to QHSE.
- Driving initiatives that support the company’s sustainability targets, including CO₂ reduction and environmental reporting.
- Leading a small, dedicated team of Quality Inspectors, supporting their growth and development.
