Newrest Discounts Scheme, offering great deals 24/7 (also open to friends and family). Tasks: Embedding the Newrest Non-negotiables into the daily activities. Work with nominated Champions and Ambassadors to ensure compliance with all processes and standards. Undertake HACCP Inspection, Health & Safety Inspections, Environmental Inspection, Ramp Safety audit in line with defined frequency per Newrest Guidelines. Develop feedback system with operational managers and follow up on action plan closure. Collate and monitor the KPI data highlighting trends and areas of improvement. Conduct Customer Self Audit. Review findings with the management team and create an action plan. Co-ordinate and manage the customer audit. Respond to customer complaints and liaise with operational teams for action plans in high frequency areas. Promote the use of Calypso for recording all QHSE events. Monitor submission of microbiological samples according to volumes, highlighting any deficiencies or trends in results to operational teams. Support local unit traceability exercise. Update and review risk assessments ensuring all areas of the business are assessed. Embed CSR culture into daily operations through training and support for the units with current and new initiatives. Coach and develop the unit-based managers and teams. Interact with colleagues, customers, and clients in a professional manner at all times. Adhere to unit safety measures in place. Adhere to inflight services security compliance. Adhere to clean as you go standard. Drive, direct, and implement unit Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. Any other duties as requested by your manager. Skills and Knowledge: Affiliation to a suitable professional body. Food Hygiene, minimum diploma level. Minimum 1+ years of experience in QHSE management and food safety, within catering. Experience of strengthening ISO certifications. Strong analytical skills are essential. Excel knowledge desirable. Possess a pro-active approach and a can-do, collaborative attitude. Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy with an ability to deliver on strict deadlines. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to build business relationships and interact with internal customers.
