The Role:
Our client is looking to recruit someone with previous QHSE experience, specifically in dealing with internal and external audits. This role would suit someone with experience in the electronics manufacturing industry; however, this is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing & implementing safety programs by administering supply chain selection, management & reviews. Conducting risk assessments to ensure an effective ISO accredited Quality System is in operation. Managing HCS audits by external accreditors and client-appointed organizations. Investigating incidents and accidents by performing management and product audits to ensure conformance of the Quality System. Monitoring and reporting Safety Performance Indicators by liaising with the Production Manager, Suppliers, and Customers on specific quality matters.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge and experience within HCS audits. Product knowledge within ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001. IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications (open to NEBOSH training for the right person). Internal auditor trained. Quality management diploma qualification would be an advantage. 3+ years experience within a QHSE role or similar, with experience of working with external auditors. Electronics manufacturing experience would be an advantage.
Hours:
Working hours are 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.
