Kinetic Recruitment are looking to recruit a Qlik Developer, to work in a busy Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company, based within the Runcorn area.

This role will work closely with business and central functions to create and implement robust analytical solutions, promoting data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities include: Maintain and further develop the QlikView, Qlik Sense and N Printing capability for the commercial business functions in line with the vision for insight generation. Understand key stakeholder questions across the business in order to design and create dashboards and reports that transform data into meaningful, actionable insights. Optimising Business Decisions and Performance: Unlocking the value in the most appropriate datasets to improve business decisions and performance. Discover, Diagnose, Design, and Deliver: Create interactive and intuitive Qlik dashboards that enable end users to quickly find the information they need. Data Interpretation and Visualisation: Utilise and interpret data to tell a story through innovative visualisations. Reporting: Reload, QC, and disseminate routinely delivered reporting to their business. End-User Training: Provide end-user training in Qlik delivered solution(s). Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for the appropriate use of Qlik to streamline and automate processes. Documentation: Author technical and user documentation. Business Support: Support the commercial business teams by providing high quality, insightful, and accurate internal and external business performance information.

What you will bring to the role: Agility: Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities. Connectivity: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various departments and stakeholders. Customer Centric: Focus on understanding and addressing the needs of end users and stakeholders. Innovative: Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative visualisations. Data Savvy: Expertise in interpreting and utilising data to provide actionable insights.

Specific requirements: Experience in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence. Proven experience in analytics roles within a commercial setting, ideally in the life sciences industry. Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into data solutions. Proficiency in Data Visualization Tools. Hands-on experience of data analytics platforms including Qliksense. A track record of building, managing, and optimizing interactive dashboards. Technical Expertise in Data Management and Analytics Platforms. Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes for data. Familiarity with CRM (such as Veeva or Salesforce) and ERP systems. Strong Business Acumen. Experience with Data Governance and Compliance.
