Location: Poole Type: Permanent Salary: £45-55,000

An exciting opportunity with a family-run distribution business. You will be exposed to multiple different parts of the organisation and have the chance to influence the strategic direction of Health & Safety for the business. The position will be reporting directly into the COO, giving you a good opportunity to influence.

Responsibilities:

Driving health & safety cultural change and continuous improvement initiatives. Working across all areas of the business - warehousing and transport. Presenting Health & Safety trends and accident data to senior management. Establishing a structured programme of health & safety training throughout the company.

Requirements:

NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent. Health & Safety experience in warehousing, supply chain, or a closely related sector. Ability to influence effectively at all levels. Go-getter attitude and hunger to have a tangible impact on the organisation.
