We are seeking to recruit an ambitious individual to join the Financial Reporting and Tax compliance teams as a Qualified Accountant.

Your new role
You will work as part of a small team under the direction of our senior management team. You will be expected to carry out a varied workload under the guidance and mentorship of the senior management team. This is a diverse and interesting role, with excellent opportunities for development and career progression. The successful candidate will gain experience working with senior stakeholders of a wide variety of clients from various sectors, primarily based in the UK and Ireland; there will also be exposure to other jurisdictions globally, which provides excellent opportunities for professional growth and development in a fast-growing corporate services provider. The primary responsibility will be to assist the Financial Reporting and Tax Compliance team with the timely completion of high-quality client deliverables.
What you'll need to succeed Ideally, you should have a professional designation from one of the leading accountancy bodies i.e. ACCA, ACA, Chartered Accountants Ireland. 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a professional capacity, ideally with dual experience of UK and ROI. Excellent attention to detail, organisational and planning skills with a focus on successful outcomes. A good communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A calm and professional attitude with the ability to use your own initiative. Resilient and able to work under pressure managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Quality focused & commercially minded with the ability to deliver excellent service to our clients. Excellent knowledge of accounting, tax and payroll software (Xero and Moneysoft) and accessing HMRC/Revenue online applications. Proficient in Microsoft applications with strong IT skills.
