With your understanding of Private, NHS, and UDA treatments, together with your knowledge of GDC and other regulatory responsibilities, you’ll set the highest standards for your team and your patients. Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent patient care at all times. Work with clinical freedom to choose the right solution for each patient. Understand the importance of teamwork within the surgery and support the dentists effectively. Possess excellent organisational and influencing skills to ensure effective care delivery. Support treatment options for Private and NHS dentistry and drive surgery efficiency. Share knowledge and act as a role model to Trainee/Apprentice Nurses. Demonstrate full understanding of GDC and other regulatory responsibilities. Embrace the importance of CPD and ongoing professional development.
