We are looking for a skilled individual to join our expanding team as a trainee or qualified dental nurse. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dentistry, excellent interpersonal skills, and be a team player. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with the dentist to ensure efficient and effective treatment delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic independently owned dental practice and make a positive impact on the health of our patients. Currently, we have opened a new Practice in North Hereford (Central Hereford Dental Care) with a second site to open in South Hereford later this year. You will be part of a new team working across both sites. If you are a trainee, full training will be given and you will also be enrolled onto a College course. You will be given time to complete your coursework during work time and will achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing. The hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. We will consider part-time applications also for at least 3 days a week. Duties:

Assist the dentist during dental procedures Prepare and sterilise dental instruments and equipment Process dental x-rays Prepare and maintain dental materials, such as composite fillings and impression materials Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care Schedule appointments and manage patient records Maintain a clean and organised dental environment Requirements:

Good communication and English language skills Computer skills GDC registered - if qualified Willing to complete DBS check Ability to work well in a team environment GCSE Grade 4 and above or Functional Skills Level 2 in both Maths and English If you meet the requirements listed above and are looking for a rewarding career in dentistry, we would love to hear from you.
