What You’ll Be Doing As the Optical Practice Manager, you will: Lead and inspire a team of dispensing opticians, ensuring high performance and excellent patient care. Manage the dispensing operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and patients receive top-quality service. Identify areas for team improvement and create targeted plans for development. Dispense regularly, setting a high standard for the team with your clinical expertise. Oversee training and development, fostering a supportive and productive work environment. What We’re Looking For Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in optics, ideally at Assistant Manager or Practice Manager level. Leadership Skills:
Confident, approachable, and able to train, delegate, and manage effectively. Optical Expertise:
Strong dispensing knowledge, frame and lens expertise, and a keen eye for detail. Qualifications:
