Ensure the planned curriculum is effectively and consistently implemented across the whole school. Work with teachers and other subject leads to build links between the LIFE curriculum and the wider curriculum. Ensure effective use of resources. You will:
Hold UK QTS. Have significant classroom experience. Prior leadership experience desired but not essential. Have strong knowledge of the English Curriculum. Be willing to participate in ongoing professional development. Have a passion for English education and inspiring literacy across the whole school. Have strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive culture. Have a visionary mindset with an ability to innovate and implement change. Support LIFE (literacy is for everything) within other subject areas (preferable). Have recent experience teaching up to GCSE. Our benefits include:
