The role of a Qualified English Teacher based in West Thurrock, Essex, involves delivering high-quality English language education to students. The teacher will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Job Duties:

Plan and deliver lessons that meet the curriculum requirements Assess and monitor student progress through assignments and exams Provide feedback to students to support their learning and development Create a positive and inclusive learning environment Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Degree in English or related field Strong knowledge of the English language and literature Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

Experience teaching English at secondary school level Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Up-to-date knowledge of educational best practices Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Education or English Experience in teaching exam preparation courses (e.g., GCSE, A-level) Working Conditions:

Full-time position with standard school hours Classroom-based teaching with some administrative responsibilities Potential for involvement in extracurricular activities and school events All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
