Qualified Nurse RGN/RMN
Our Client, an award-winning Care provider based in Brighton, is looking for a Qualified Nurse to join their team. Excellent team, good CQC reports, with great potential for progression. They are fully staffed with minimum agency use. Looking for a Qualified Nurse to join their team and work towards outstanding reports.
You will be working as part of a team of other Nurses and Carers that are passionate about delivering a high standard of care to elderly residents, residents with dementia, physical disabilities, terminal illnesses, etc.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the delivery of quality care by continually assessing our residents' needs and wishes. Assist in the development, review, and update of care plans to meet our clients' changing physical, social, and psychological needs. Communicate professionally and warmly with visitors including family, friends, and other external stakeholders. Comply with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines. Contribute to the creation of an atmosphere that focuses entirely on promoting happiness. Support people who use our service to achieve full and enhanced lives. Requirements: You will require a valid and active PIN number. The position is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure. Hours:
48 hours on a weekly rota, would consider part-time. Salary:
