Nursery Nurse with a Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education ? We're seeking dedicated, enthusiastic professionals to join our friendly team in Worthy Downwhich is 15 minutes drive from Winchester. About the Role
As a Nursery Nurse, your expertise will empower children aged 6 weeks to 5 years to explore, learn, and thrive through structured activities and creative play. Working across different early years settings, you'll be instrumental in creating a warm and inspiring environment that nurtures their development every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster growth and development. Provide a caring and stimulating atmosphere where children feel safe and happy. Build strong, trusting relationships with children, their families, and your colleagues. Support children's individual milestones and encourage their potential. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment that sparks creativity. What We're Looking For:
Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Early Years
(essential). Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting. A deep understanding of EYFS and child development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Caring, enthusiastic, and motivated to make a positive impact in every role.
