The appointed candidate will hold a qualification in childcare, with knowledge of safeguarding and first aid. Knowledge of the EYFS is essential. You'll be a good role model to your team, providing a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care to the children under your supervision. The nursery is a provider of high-quality childcare and education for young children within a fun, stimulating, and safe environment; working in close partnership with parents as well as providing a differentiated framework for learning to meet children’s individual needs. SALARY AND BENEFITS Nursery Practitioner - salary starting from £26,000 P/A depending on experience, annual salary reviews, training provided, opportunity to grow in role. The Webber Independent School has its own competitive pay scale. The salary will be commensurate with the experience of the candidate but will reflect the significance of the role in developing our provision as well as leading the Nursery.
