Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Assist in creating and delivering engaging, fun activities that support learning. Collaborate with teachers and SEN coordinators to develop personalised learning plans. Support children throughout their daily routines, prioritising their happiness and safety. Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

What We're Looking For:

Experience with SEN:

Experience working with children with SEN or a strong passion for supporting children with additional needs. A Love for Early Years:

Passionate about working with young children and committed to helping them grow. Qualifications:

A Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) is desirable. A Team Player:

Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. Patience and Empathy:

Ability to show understanding and creativity to meet children's individual needs.
