As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will be role modelling your knowledge and best practice to colleagues, the children and the families that attend LASC. As a key worker, you will ensure every individual child's needs are met. Safeguarding children is your priority. Speak Up against practices that don't support safeguarding or Our Core Values. Service:

We are one of two nurseries within a large childcare service providing care for children aged 6 months - 16 years in Nursery, Out of School Care and Additional Support needs service. Working in partnership with parents. Support parents with any ASL needs. Embrace and promote our Standards of Excellence in every part of your role. Be a key member of the team to plan and implement daily / weekly activities to meet the children's individual learning needs. Adhere to our childcare policies. Create a setting that is clean and welcoming, with well-kept educational resources. Ensure that children's observations are detailed, reflective and provide developmentally challenging next steps. Working as part of a team to provide the best care and early years experiences as possible. Your Qualifications and Experience: Minimum SVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years / Childhood Practice Previous experience working and caring for children under 5 Passion to deliver high quality childcare and exciting learning opportunities Experience: Childcare: 1 year (preferred) Job Types:
