Exciting Opportunity for Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3)

Our client, a well-established, independent 35-place nursery, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment that prioritises the care and development of children, with a flexible approach to working hours.

About the Nursery This 35-place nursery is committed to fostering a love for learning through play. They value their staff as individuals and encourage creativity and innovation in delivering an exciting and enriching curriculum.

Position Details Full-Time: 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts between 7:30 AM and 5:45 PM). Part-Time Option: Three-day shifts (27 hours total) for candidates seeking flexible working arrangements.

What the Role Involves

Inspiring Learning: Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities that captivate young minds. Collaboration: Work closely with a friendly team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Creativity and Fun: From messy play to board games, storytelling, and singing, you'll bring energy and imagination to the role. Key Person Role: Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families, ensuring each child feels valued and secure.

Who We're Looking For Our client is looking for a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner (or higher) with:

Experience working with children under five, including toddlers and babies. A passion for creating enriching experiences and supporting children's development. A collaborative, team-oriented approach. A commitment to continuity and quality in the key person role.
