We are delighted to be partnering with one of the world's leading healthcare organisations in the search for a new Qualified Person (QP), who ideally will also be RP qualified, to play a leading role in shaping the quality practices and culture for one of the most exciting and fastest growing businesses in the industry.

This role offers a very flexible and hybrid working pattern, based in our client's head office in Central London. This can be suitable for candidates not only based in London/surrounding counties, but also those further afield who can commute into London 1-2 times per week.

About the company you are joining:

This business sits right at the forefront of the industry and with a growing product portfolio, this really is the perfect time to be coming on board. Our client benefits from having a strong track record and reputation within the industry - with a great deal of investment into innovation, growth, and market expansion planned over the coming years. You have the benefit of working for a global organisation that invests heavily in its people and will be working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, who are all committed to the continued growth of the business. About the Qualified Person (QP) role: The Qualified Person (QP) will be named on the company's MIA licence and will be responsible for ensuring that robust quality processes and systems are implemented, ensuring full compliance with GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.

You will work alongside a team of talented QPs, RPs, and Quality Assurance professionals to provide best-in-class advisory support to the business on all aspects of quality.

This role gives you a great opportunity to really impact the business at a strategic level, so we are looking for those individuals that are passionate about having a clear and defined pathway into longer-term leadership within a global healthcare business.

We are looking for candidates for the Qualified Person role who can demonstrate the following: An Eligible Qualified Person (QP) practicing under an MIA licence in the UK - ideally you will also be a qualified Responsible Person (RP), but this is not a pre-requisite. Demonstrable experience working as a QP within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Scientific Manufacturing sector. Expert knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations. A collaborative approach to work and someone that thrives on working in cross-functional teams in an innovative and fast-moving environment. Excellent stakeholder management ability with people at all levels within a global organisation. A problem solver, who can see solutions where others see challenges. What is on offer: An attractive annual salary and a car allowance. Hybrid working in a Central London based office. A very attractive annual bonus scheme (that has actually paid out in recent years!). 26 days holiday + standard public holidays. Long Term Incentive (LTI). An additional range of flexible corporate benefits - family cover healthcare, share save scheme, and contributory pension scheme, etc.
