Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive. Are you a qualified and experienced Residential Conveyancing specialist seeking an exciting new opportunity? RecQuest is working on behalf of a highly respected Portsmouth law firm to find a dedicated professional for their property team. This is a fantastic chance to work on a varied caseload and contribute to the continued success of a thriving department as it grows. Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and shared ownership schemes. Provide expert guidance to clients, ensuring clear communication and a smooth progression of their transactions. Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements, with meticulous attention to detail. Conduct title checks, searches, and other due diligence to ensure transactions comply with legal requirements. Maintain compliance with regulatory and professional standards, including Money Laundering Regulations and the Solicitors Code of Conduct. Supervise and support junior staff as needed, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

Fully qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive. Experience:

Proven track record in managing residential property matters from instruction to completion. Client Care:

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional client service. Organisation:

Excellent time management and the ability to handle a busy and varied workload. Technical Skills:
