We are an independent nursery and pre-school group, operating for 163 children from 3 months to 5 years of age. We are open 50 weeks a year, 5 days a week, providing high-quality day care and early years education that will make you wish you were a child again. We refer to all our team members as teachers, as we believe that they perform a crucial role, teaching children to be confident, independent, secure, and happy while celebrating everything that makes them unique. We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 or above to join our Tetbury Setting as a Room Leader, working with 3-4 year olds. Responsible for the delivery of our 'learning through play’ educational ethos Innovating with activities and constantly challenging your children’s learning and development Building and maintaining excellent relationships with parents Promoting child welfare and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed Working a shift pattern within the opening hours (8am-6pm) About you
