Lead and manage the school’s SEN provision. Oversee EHCPs and ensure all statutory requirements are met. Support and train staff to deliver high-quality SEN teaching. Work collaboratively with external agencies and families. Monitor and evaluate SEN student progress. Minimum Requirements:
Hold the National Award for SEN Coordination (or equivalent qualification). Extensive knowledge of SEN legislation and best practices. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one. Additional Benefits:
